1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the zu777 platform, including its website, mobile application, and any associated services. By accessing zu777 in any capacity, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

Continued use of the zu777 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. zu777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time with reasonable notice communicated via the platform or by email to your registered address.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the zu777 website, mobile application, and all associated digital services operated under the domain zu777.vip.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by an eligible individual in order to access zu777 services.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and credited bonuses (where applicable).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" means Pakistani Rupees deposited by a Player via an approved payment method, excluding any bonus credits.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before withdrawals or at any point determined appropriate by zu777.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on zu777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. zu777 enforces a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and will not be tolerated.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not as a representative of a third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of zu777 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from zu777 or had an Account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.

Each Player may maintain only one (1) registered Account at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — will be closed, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you accidentally create a second account, you must notify zu777 support immediately at [email protected].

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your zu777 Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. zu777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify zu777 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. zu777 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your Account upon receiving a verified report of unauthorised access, but accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials or report a breach without undue delay.

zu777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• The Account is being used in breach of these Terms or in furtherance of any fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• The Account holder is using software tools, bots, or artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires action on the Account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zu777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zu777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. zu777 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Deposit page within the Platform and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. zu777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on the same Account. This requirement is in place to prevent money laundering and protect all parties. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This includes submission of a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used.
• Only Real Funds (not Bonus Funds) that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours following KYC approval.
• zu777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding PKR 50,000 in a single transaction or PKR 200,000 within any 30-day period.
• Withdrawals found to originate from fraudulent deposits or reversed transactions will be cancelled and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

zu777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Platform. The following general bonus conditions apply across all zu777 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified Account holders who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds in excess of a stated maximum win cap — where applicable — will be removed from the Balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
• zu777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a bonus has been credited, existing wagering obligations will remain in effect.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash other than through the standard wagering and withdrawal process.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the zu777 Platform — including but not limited to Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, slot games (including Fortune Tiger and Fortune Mouse), live dealer table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules prevail in relation to gameplay mechanics only; all other provisions of these Terms continue to apply.

zu777 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology across all applicable games. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table games reflect the long-term statistical average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game, the round affected will be declared void and any wager placed will be returned to your Account Balance. zu777 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

Sports betting markets on zu777 are subject to the specific rules of each market as published. Settlement of bets will occur in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant governing body. zu777 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances of obvious pricing errors or where market integrity is compromised.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zu777 Platform. Violation of any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or ineligible under Section 3.
• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an automated manner not expressly permitted by zu777.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or defraud the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting using zu777 bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Introducing malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to disrupt the Platform's operation or security.
• Using the Platform to launder money or fund any illegal activity.
• Impersonating any other person, company, or entity, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation in any communication with zu777.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code or proprietary data from the Platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

zu777 is fully committed to responsible gaming and the welfare of its Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, not a source of financial distress. zu777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible via the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic session termination after a defined play period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from all zu777 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Request a short-term break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.

zu777 trains its customer support team to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour. Where such behaviour is identified, zu777 may proactively contact the Player, apply protective limits, or in serious cases initiate a mandatory cooling-off period in the Player's best interests.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the zu777 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, video, audio, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of zu777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of zu777.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by zu777 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

zu777 collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, CNIC details, contact information, and transaction history for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on data retention, your rights, and how to submit data requests.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zu777, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gaming outcomes, whether in game-of-chance or skill-based formats.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or downtime of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond zu777's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions taken by zu777 in good faith pursuant to a legal or regulatory obligation.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, zu777's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zu777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Amendments to These Terms

zu777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining Real Funds Balance before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to zu777's jurisdiction of incorporation and licensing. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to zu777's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]." zu777 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism as applicable.
